"I can't say enough good about Moana Fencing and Home Improvements. I had an incident where my dog got out by going under my chain link fence and biting another dog. I called Moana Fencing and spoke with Seth. This incident happened on a Saturday afternoon. Less than 24 hours later, Seth ran a tension wire around the bottom of the fence. He was punctual, kept me updated and was the kindest person. I would call him in a heart beat and will recommend to my friends."

"<p>Salesman Marty was polite but a bit distracted.  I told him I wanted a 6 ft. gate, and he wrote it up as 3 ft.  When I went to give my deposit to the owner, Frank, I pointed this out and he changed it on the paperwork, but at installation time, he had forgotten and I asked again about the gate size.  Good thing I did.</p> <p>The type of fence I got was in stock so they were able to start installing within a week.  That seemed great.  About 2/3 of the poles got installed on a Tues., Frank said he wouldn't be there on Wed. due to another job.  I agreed with that, no problem.  He said he would be back on Thur. to finish installing the poles himself.  He showed up, dropped off some stuff and left in about 30 minutes, no poles installed.  I called late Friday morning, because I was told my job would be finished Friday afternoon and I was concerned because I thought the cement had to harden 24 hours  before you could put the fencing on.</p> <p>He didn't answer, so I called Marty, the salesman and told him of my concerns.  He said he would call Frank and find out what was going on.  He called me back, was rather agitated, said that I was expecting this job to be done too soon and that the poles had to sit a few days before you could put on the fence.  I said yes, I figured that but Frank never installed the rest of the poles like he said he was going to.  Then Frank called me back and he was very rude and short and said he told me he was coming back Friday afternoon.  When I tried to ask about the poles and why he didn't finish them the day before like he said, he yelled at me and said he was coming that afternoon and that he was busy.</p> <p>Several other workers showed up, put the other poles in .  Frank did also come and the fence did get put up.  I did ask him if it was ok that they strung the fence even though the cement in all the poles hadn't hardened yet.  He said it would be fine as long as the dog doesn't jump up against the fence.  </p> <p>In the end, the fence was completed as we agreed but I didn't appreciate the aggravation of being told one thing and then Frank not showing up when he said he would.  I just don't feel that Frank was very professional in how he talked to me and how the installation was handled.</p> <p>The fence does appear to look good and I am happy with it.  Since this the only fence I've ever had installed, I'm not sure if all fence installers work this way, but in hindsight, I would have rather have paid a little more money to save myself the aggravation of the sporadic way mine was installed.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"Gary Seward was wonderful to work with. He is very professional, provided some good design recommendations for us, and installed our pool fence in the timeframe he promised. We were very pleased with the quality and workmanship, and his crew was very courteous and good to work with. After a few years, the fence still looks outstanding and has held up well. We had an issue where the two gates came out of alignment (no fault of theirs - due to ground settling), and we contacted Gary. Between some of his jobs he had his team come out and re-adjust them for us at no charge. Again, this wasn't their fault, but this level of long term focus on customer means alot. They are not the cheapest out there, but we felt worth the price. We would work with Gary again!"

"Mike was great to work with and did a fantastic job installing the backsplash and slate floor in my kitchen.  Everyone has been highly complimentary of the final product (with several asking for Mike's contact information). <br /> My biggest complaint would have to be that he is a perfectionist, which I'll take any day.  Mike (and his neighbor, who assisted) showed up around 8am every day for six consecutive week days and only left before 5pm on a day when it was too late to start the next phase of the project.  They completely cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all of the old flooring that was removed. <br /> Having no references other than Angie's list, I was nervous heading into a slightly complex remodel - especially after hearing horror stories from several friends about other contractors that they'd worked with.  I can't recommend Mike enough. <br />"

"Its just great. The fence, I can open that back door and the dog is in the fence. We have a huge back yard and its a huge fence.  <br /> <br /> We were very satisfied with it. WE didn't do any price comparison we just did it. So I am not sure if the price is reasonable or not, it seemed reasonable to us. They were recommended to us by our neighbor. I would use them again if we were having a new fence put in. I don't know about the repairing part. They only have on guy and he did it all in a couple days, 2 or 3 days. He had a radio that he like blasted all over the place. He did a real good job, everything is fine with the fence. Everything has been real good.  <br /> <br />"
