"I called the answering service on a Friday night and the lady told me that they would have someone at my house within 30 minutes. She also told me that there wasn't any up charge for weekends. The tech was at my house within 25 minutes and was very polite and friendly. He then figured out where the clog was and within 30 minutes he had our drains cleared and water flowing freely again. "Sol and his associate arrived right on time and put shoe covers on to enter our home.  Our carpets were really dirty and had some pretty bad stains.  The got all the stains out and left the carpet looking brand new.  They took so much time to make sure they got every corner, they moved furniture and put guards under every piece after they were done.  Our stairs that they cleaned looked brand new.  They were professional, courteous and did the best job I have ever had done in all the years I have had carpets cleaned.  I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them in the future.
