"I called the answering service on a Friday night and the lady told me that they would have someone at my house within 30 minutes. She also told me that there wasn't any up charge for weekends. The tech was at my house within 25 minutes and was very polite and friendly. He then figured out where the clog was and within 30 minutes he had our drains cleared and water flowing freely again. He found two blockages. He did a great job explaining how to maintain the pipes to keep this from happening again. We will use MDM for all our plumbing needs from now on."
