"Hail damage occurred in March of this year and I contacted Braswell Construction as well as 2 other local roofing companies. Chris Gaugler contacted me asap and came out to the house. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. Photos attached and it really makes a difference."

"Kyle does a walk through with you every morning and evening to discuss what's happening and to show you what's done. At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails. I HAVE TWO REGULAR EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE BEEN WITH ME FOR SEVERAL YEARS.ON EACH JOB THAT I CONTRACT I REQUEST HALF OF THE TOTAL SUM UP FRONT AND THE BALANCE UPON COMPLETION. UNLESS ADDITIONAL LABOR/MATERIAL IS ADDED.

"The chimney repair was work performed on my home. It was done professionally and with great care. Additionally, Global has for years donated and installed roof shingles for our builds within Pickens County. Every roofing job was coordinated with our construction supervisor so that there was no disruption of ongoing work. The donated shingles are of good quality and the colors always compliment the home being build. We have had no complaints with regard to Global their installation and clean up. I highly recommend Global."

"Service provider stated that she will charge $800 for her labor and be able to complete the work agreed to from 3/14/24 to 3/15/24 but was unable to complete the job. The job included soundproofing the open basement ceiling areas, finishing/ enclosing the ceiling with drywall and molding and installing panel doors in laundry area in basement as well as put plywood/ drywall to enclose open space next to the basement laundry area. She worked on the ceiling part on 3/14, 3/15 and 3/18 instead. She send a message at 9:32pm on 3/18 saying “I can’t do any more”. She then got upset when we questioned the botched workmanship in the ceiling which was incomplete and left in a haste without discussing anything else with us. She did not say anything about paying her, fixing the damaged HVAC hose, cleaning the areas she worked in or if she will come back to complete the job verbally. Instead she threatened to put a lien on our home. She damaged part of the HVAC airflow as well as totally left the floors full of debris. As well as left the adjourning bedroom unclean and full of left over building supplies. The job was not completed and it looks totally botched. We would like to have the HVAC hose that she damaged repaired or replaced as it may be disrupting airflow and in turn possible raise our heat bill in the meantime. We would like to be partially charged or not charged at all for this job as it has not only totally inconvenienced us, it was botched and also incomplete. This job will need to be totally redone and I paid for building supplies which was in access to $1000 which I would like to be reimbursed for. We would also like to have the area that is now filthy and scattered with debris and the building supplies used cleaned."
