"B-Dry did an excellent job. Ed was so wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and professional. This is a second home for us so we couldn't be there while the work was getting done. He really cared about getting the job done correctly and went above and beyond by checking on the house before they could start and sending me lots of pictures. He notified us when he discovered additional problems (and solved several without charging extra). They started on time and finished on schedule. Having a wet basement is awful and stressful. The finish work is so fantastic I can't stop looking at it. Communication is excellent and very responsive via email or phone. The crew is extremely good natured, cheerful and respectful of the home they're working on (which is not my previous experience with construction crews). The work was completed as promised, even though they had to work late to accomplish it. My flooring was a little tougher to install than most, which meant longer hours. But they never complained. "It took a couple months to schedule the work but at each piece (estimate, electrical, excavation and installation) they called ahead, arrived on time, did all the work required with professionalism and courtesy. They even volunteered to clear the snow from my driveway by shovel when my machine wouldn't start. The use of plastic sheets and a high efficiency vacuum system connected to the jackhammer kept the dust down."
