"Neil and Sean were very thorough and offered suggestions that resulted in a beautiful design and savings for the build. Quality work and on time!"

"Jessa was wonderful to work with! She explained the process in a way I could understand, was prompt with communications and I actually enjoyed it. She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. I'm glad they didn't hurry us because as a family we did not agree on certain details quickly. Love our forever home and so glad we chose the right place for the design and drafting."

"We are so glad we decided to go with F&D Development for our 2nd floor remodel project blueprints. What a great experience! We came to him with a vague concept of what we wanted and he worked with us to design something that was much better than what we were envisioning. I have zero hesitation recommending him for any structural engineering project or home build/remodel/addition project. We could not be more satisfied with his effort, ability, and results. Steve was always on time for meetings, quick to respond to email/phone, and is well priced."

"Just did an amazing job remodeling our entire home in perkiomenville PA near the Green Lane Park. He gave us our dream home just as he guaranteed he would. The work was done in a clean and timely fashion. His years of experience is apparent from the design work all the way to the completion of our two-story master bedroom/garage addition upper level deck. Including two bathrooms and a kitchen. Amazing company!!!!"

"Limited knowledge of ICF construction. He was timely on completing and getting us what we needed to go forward with our building permit. We had a few go backs but they were resolved. We understand that ICF is not the norm and not everyone is up to speed on the specs."

"Saed and his team helped me with two different projects in my home, one was to remove our load bearing kitchen wall and the other was to create a vaulted ceiling in the living room by removing the ceiling joists. They handled both the permitting documentation and the construction work. They completed the work quickly and did everything they said they would. Saed and his brother are very easy-going guys, and I would highly recommend them."
