"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. "A neighbor on our street had used Talon Brown put a new roof on her home. She was very happy with how it turned out and gave me his contact information. We have had a violent wind storm that had blown off shingles. We called Talon within one day. He was on her home, measuring inspecting and gave us a quote. He worked with our insurance company And they agreed with his findings that our entire roof need to be replaced. His crew were very efficient and effective. They worked from the time the sun came up until the sun went down, scraping off the old shingles and took up the tar paper and the wooden roof that lied at the base.
