"Original idea was to fix termite damaged siding and interior drywall/sheetrock due to termite damage, expecting to find some interior damage to studs in my detached garage and needing to repair/replace that too. Sergio identified and quoted other minor repairs that were needed on the structure, and even with the extras everything landed within my original budget. "I did not give 5s only because I donâ t think anyone or anything is perfect. However, I think Chris and his second did an excellent job. They worked on removing four rows of vertical cedar siding and installed four new vertical rows of cedar siding. This job was done in a corner where two external walls meet forming a 90 degree angle. They caulked where appropriate and stained the newly installed siding to match the rest of the siding. Their finished work blended in perfectly with the rest of the siding. The work was performed with precision and it was obvious that Chris paid attention to detail in completing the job. I am very pleased in the finished product. I told Chris that I am will be contacting him when I need renovation/repairs done in the future."
