"Juan-B and Brett did a FANTASTIC job helping us replace a weather strip on our 26 year old sliding glass door. I did not want to take a chance ruining the door after I realized how amazing the engineering is on the weather stripping. I wasn’t sure if the aluminum cladding went over the stripping keeping it in place or not. The Juan and Brett team were extremely knowledgeable, experienced, confident and professional. They also assisted with helping us assess other door parts that we had questions about. I would recommend Pella doors and windows to anyone looking to replace them. We replaced every single door and window in our house and garage with Pella windows starting back in 1997. I would also strongly recommend having this duo do any installations and or repairs to your windows and doors. Mark M. , Edina, MN"

"Doors-R-Us was amazing. I contacted them on Saturday and the door was installed on Tuesday. The workmanship was amazing despite having an unusual wrapping on our door frame. I would hire them for any door installation I have in the future."

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"We had a great experience with Justin and his crew. Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. We were so impressed with his customer service, we decided to have him convert our 1-season porch into a 3-season porch, install tile flooring, replace some doors, and paint the interior and exterior of our home. He listened to our ideas, gave us options and suggestions, and helped create solutions for all of the projects. He's like a fiduciary for home improvement and we relied on his expertise to make some great choices to improve our home."

"Great company to work with. Had all 13 of my windows replaced and a sliding glass door. The were very professional and had the job done in 2 days. What a difference the windows make. More light, less noise and the guarantee can't be beat"

"Very great staff, easy to work with, knows what they are talking about, and what they are doing. Ordered 8 windows and a sliding door. Everything came pretty quickly and within a day or two they were installed... enjoyed working with them... thanks guy..."

"The whole process went smoothly. Product was available within estimate dates. Scheduling occurred per our needs. The removal of exiting tub/shower and installation of new shower was completed in one day. Shower looks great. Everyone involved was extremely friendly. Installation team installed all accessories after consulting with us on locations. Great Job all around. We are now engaged with the company to replace our upper floor windows later this year."

"The process was easy and I was kept well informed of what was going on with my insurance company at every step. When the crew showed up to start work they immediately laid down tarps to catch any debris. The crew was extremely polite and very hard working. My roof was completed start to finish in one day. The seamless gutters that they installed are fantastic. I will be calling for a window estimate this fall."

"When work was started to remove the crushed rock, there was standing water and a lot of mud.  The construction also took place during the very heavy rains of last June.  Tom dug out all of the crushed rock and enough soil to install a good class 5 base, followed by sand and then 7" think Versa Block pavers.  The job was excellent and came through the winter and spring in fine shape, while our neighbors experienced significant frost heaves.  Tom was punctual, took care to not damage the rest of the yard when removing all of the stone and bringing in the pavers.  The work was excellent and we have received many complements on how it looks.  We feel that we definitely got our money's worth with the job.  I would highly recommend Tom and his team.
