He referred us to a design architect, which we used, and we ended up then hiring Tseranos Construction as our general contractor. Sterg was really great to work with. He found ways to keep costs down while doing everything that we wanted to have done. In the end, the garage construction project took about 5 months, but we are thrilled with the results. Full insurance coverage is carried including workers comp. Initial site visit for generating a bid is free. All jobs are bid based at 45.00 per man hour plus materials ( 10% mark-up). Small emerency jobs are based on 4 hr. min based on on two men being sent, plus materials needed.We give 1 year warranty on labor plus all manufacture warranties.
