At the beginning, John was very understanding of my situation, and willing to compromise and find solutions. Once he’d finished and I had a chance to inspect everything more closely, it was clear there were parts of his work. I was extremely unhappy with and areas that I wish he had been much more upfront on. I texted him to let him know what I was unhappy with, and time past. When he called me back, he was exceedingly humble, willing to compromise, and genuinely apologetic for leaving me unsatisfied.
