The couple days leading up to the job, Mike was prompt in his responses to me about the job with any questions and concerns I had. Once at my house, Mike discussed the project in great detail and began his installation immediately. He was very flexible with the timing and stayed until the job was done to complete satisfaction. Mike left nothing behind, cleaned up well after him, and even offered to fix some flooring that was not part of the original plan of installation. I highly recommend him. He is an expert and very kind, trusting, hardworking person."

The team did an amazing - in a time when it can be difficult to communicate with contractors or get a call back - I was thoroughly impressed with the level of communication throughout the entire process and updates on how things were coming along. We have used Exposition Carpet for several carpet installations over many years in our finished basement, and have consistently found the best pricing, ease of schedule and quality installation thru them. I especially like that it's a family business and you are dealing directly with owners and not with a salesman that doesn't even know who his/her boss is. The installers have worked their for years and that says a lot.

After going through a back porch remodel enclosing to a mudroom, we wanted a pet friendly, water resistant and durable floor so we went with vinyl plank. The store had many options, and time frame to get material was within a week. We checked out a 'sale' prior at a trendy well known Lincoln Avenue store, only to be met with double the cost and attitude. So we ended up back at Exposition and it was a done deal within 2 weeks.
