"A+ Landscaping did an absolutely outstanding job designing and constructing a new patio for us. When originally built, our house had a 10'x12' concrete pad that was not very functional. We wanted a new and larger patio that would be conducive to outdoor entertaining and also be very attractive, while also complying with local stormwater management ordinances. Marcus came out to our house, sketched out a design, and gave us some great ideas. When completed, the patio was about 450 square feet, with Techo Bloc permeable pavers, sitting walls, pillars, and and low voltage lights on a timer. ([*** Link removed ***] This was not an easy project, as the local Township stormwater management regulations required careful planning, extensive excavation, and an infiltration bed to be installed underneath the patio. In addition to the patio, A+ Landscaping also installed some river rock in an area where grass doesn't grow well, three large stepping stones, new mulch beds and plantings along one side of the patio as well as along one side of the house, and also installed three pop-up rain spouts in the yard. They started the project when promised and worked straight through until completed four days later. They also reseeded areas that were excavated. I am biased, but I believe we have the nicest patio of the more than eighty homes in our community! We spent about $17,000 for everything, but that included the patio and landscaping work. It was well worth the investment."

"They arrived very promptly, ready for work dressed in their company jackets with excellent leaf blowers. The .42 acre lot, with many trees, had not been raked all season. We have a Certified Wildlife Habitat property, and mulch the leaves ourselves to put in the beds. As we had asked, they used a tarp to move the ever-growing pile of very wet leaves (after 3 days of rain) to the area at the back of the property we had designated. It took them less than 2 hours, and the price was very reasonable, $55 less than the other landscaper we had engaged who never showed up. We are very pleased, and intend to call Brison through the year for our seasonal landscape chores, highly recommend."

He responded the same day to our emergency call following a lightening and wind storm that brought down 4 large branches and damaged a very large tree at the end of our driveway. "In late fall, I noticed that a piece of a stone wall abutting my driveway had broken off and was drifting into the driveway. Concerned that the wall would fall into the driveway, I contacted Quinn Brothers Masonry. They came out within two days, assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The work involved taking down both walls, knocking off old mortar on the stones, and removing ivy. After the walls were taken down, protective covering was placed on the exposed dirt, and drainage pipes and gravel were installed. They then rebuilt the walls, using the original stones. While rebuilding the walls, Patrick Quinn advised me that my stone house foundation had been compromised by paint and old mortar. I authorized additional work to restore the foundation. The paint on the stone foundation was removed and the old mortar was taken out. Then, the entire foundation had new mortar installed. I am extremely pleased with the results and will definitely hire them again."
