"Vince from Russell Roofing came out to look at a damaged portion of gutter.  A recent cleanout of leaves and other debris revealed a hole in the gutter.   I needed it repaired.  I also wanted a general idea of the status of the roof.  Vince was prompt and very professional.  He has been to the property before on another roofing issue.  He indicated that the roof itself had reached its normal life which is easily 50 years and at some point should be replaced.  I would agree with that.  Then he inspected the gutter which just needed a simple metal patch.  Rather than go through the process of generating a quote and a agreement to sign, he indicated it was a very simple repair which he did for free.   I was very pleased with this outcome.   Russell has been to another property of ours and has provided good advice there as well.   For any future work I would definitely include Russell Roofing on my list and would hope to get Vince as the person to come out and do the estimating."
