"Dear Michael & Son Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the lack of service I received today. As a customer enrolled in your Unlimited Service Plan, I expect timely communication, reliability, and a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, today?s experience fell well below those expectations. The service provided was inadequate, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness was unacceptable?especially for a customer paying for a premium plan that is advertised as offering priority care and peace of mind. Being on the Unlimited Plan was a key factor in my decision to continue doing business with your company. Experiences like this call that decision into question. I did not feel valued as a customer, nor did I receive the level of service your company promotes. I would appreciate a follow-up to discuss this matter and understand how you intend to resolve it. "

"Michelle setup my appointment. She was polite and professional. She also asked the correct questions to understand the clog I was dealing with in the main line going out of the house. Fabian arrived onsite at the appointed time and day. Fabian surveyed all my plumbing line before starting the job. He took care of my clog in record time and charged a fair price. "They inspected our house in 2009. They missed roach traps under multiple appliances, they missed a radiator that wasn't connected, they said 10% knob & tube based on zero evidence (whole house has k&t). They've cost us > $15k. They work for your realtor, not you."
