"Ismael contacted us. Told us he was from ANGI. Said he would do a good job. Gave him $1,000 deposit. Check was made to Natareno Landscaping on May 26. Stared work May 29. He wanted another check to start work of $2,000 made out to him(Ismael Castaneda). Last day he was here we gave him a check made out to him Ismael Castaneda for $3.000 on May 31. He said he would be back in a week, June 7 to finish and install the handrail. He did not come or call. We called him a few times after asking when he would be back . Gave us a date but never showed or called. Last time called him was June 19. He said he would be over "tomorrow"."

Tim was a great help in the basic designing and allowing for our budget. It’s beautiful. They even installed left over pavers in my u-shaped raised vegetable garden and spread topsoil and seeded other areas in the backyard without being asked. Again, we are very pleased with this company and do recommend."

"The guys were professional and did a wonderful job installing sod in our front yard. They were friendly, hard working, and left the area neat and clean. The person who provided the estimate for work did not measure for the amount of sod needed properly and they ended up being short for about 1/5th of the property. They went back out, obtained more sod, and installed it all before the end of the day. The owner of the company still honored the original price quoted. That is EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend using this company for your landscaping needs."

We had numerous quotes on both projects and Mike came in slightly under on one and on par with the others, but his workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism made this a great experience from start to finish.
