"Although it took a bit of time to work out scheduling, I was beyond impressed with the job David and his assistant did. I own a very old home in Salem with a lot of DIY work by previous owners. My porch roof was starting to sag and collapse. David reconstructed this area of the porch and added additional support beams originally lacking in the construction. He matched the original beams and paint color perfectly to keep the integrity of my old fashioned home. His price was reasonable and he provided receipts for money spent on materials. His cleanup was also impeccable. I will be keeping David in mind for projects I have in the future."

"I hired Bob to repair a door frame that was split, and he was fantastic. Bob was a clear communicator, came to the job prepared, and very friendly. He arrived on time, the quality of his work was excellent and fairly priced, and he finished the work faster than initially projected. Bob also went out of his way to do some additional touch-up paint work in the unit, and gave my girlfriend a small screwdriver for another repair in her apartment. I have no complaints, and will definitely use Pino Construction for any of my future repairs! I strongly suggest that you check with him for any of your future repair work too."

"An old hardwood deck was worn out and needed to be replaced. I decided to resurface with maintenance-free PVC deck boards. Christian and his dedicated crew repaired and upgraded the foundational framing so that new board design has required support and will last a long time. Throughout the job, he worked hard, cleaned up daily, kept me informed of any issues, and made continued progress to completion, The very professional results look fantastic! Love it!!"
