They were very careful & respectful of our home, being careful to cover all surfaces and openings to protect from drywall dust and paint. Even vacuumed each day after removing drop cloths and plastic barriers! Highly recommend and have them in mind for future projects."

"I hired this company due to time constraints with another job I was working. If you want them to paint simple projects in investment properties, they will do the job. Painting quality was average. Got some paint on trim in several areas. Speed of painting is below average. Took 8 hours to paint 2 coats on walls only in one small bathroom (6 x 6 x 8), one bedroom (12 x 12 x 10) and one living room (18 x 12 x 8). Trim nor bathroom / bedroom ceilings were touched. Being a painter myself, it should have taken maximum of 2 hours per coat per room for walls only or a max total of 12 hours. Leaving 4 hours for painting the trim and ceilings. "Wonderful! Cornelio was great to work with. He and his team were very professional and I feel like I was given their time and attention. Cornelio was always very responsive and helpful in decisions that we had to make. We moved out for the renovation and were out of town for part of it and he often sent me pictures in the evenings so I could see the progress. We have lived in our home for 7.5 years so we had a good feeling for what we needed. We hired an architect and a designer separately and that was helpful as we went in prepared with what we wanted done. Cornelio and his team took out a wall and a half bathroom and removed most of the plaster (we live in a 1930's row house in Washington, DC). He also built us a new half bathroom and rebuilt walls and doors that needed to be done. When he took out the plaster and such he found old pipes and wires that needed replacing and took care of it. He didn't ask for more money it was included in the work. One thing that really impressed me is we decided to keep our old cabinets and have them painted (by a separate company). When his guys took them off the wall they were damaged (not because of the guys negligence, they had been cement glued to the walls instead of screwed into the walls as they should have been. Cornelio made sure they were repaired and installed in a much better and safer way and you can't tell at all! We love our new kitchen and half bathroom so much! It makes our house much more comfortable and usable for our family!"
