Hello, my name is Moe and I’m the owner of Just Us property solutions LLC. I offer junk removal and rental equipment services. I also do lawn care and lil of everything. Please don’t hesitate to ask for your needs. Thanks

Hello everyone I'm Nick, Im a 37 yr old with 20+ years of working with my hands on all sorts of jobs. From framing houses in my younger days to running small crews doing HVAC. I've also done full hard scapes both installing and repairing/ reviving along with your normal small home repairs. I'm very knowledgeable and take pride in my work. I have most tools to do any job but depending on the job I may have to rent or purchase that tool required to complete the job. I am goal oriented and focused at doing the job right the first time. I have a sharp eye for detail and am not a lipstick artist if you know what I mean. The job will be completed correctly. If you hire me you can be certain to be treated with respect and honesty throughout the process along with a fair cost for the job. \n\nThank you for the opportunity and I look forward to hearing from you.

"Greg was very professional and respectful. Ensured to clean up leaving my yard looking like he wasn't even there. He was quick and thorough. Would hire again and recommend to anyone"

"From the initial call I was very impressed with Mr. McCarthy's professionalism. He answered the call right away and after discussing the initial work needed and pricing we set up a time to come out and take a look at what I needed done. He was prompt in coming out. We discussed the work and price and made arrangements to schedule the work. I was very pleased with the work done and the pricing. If he needed to reschedule due to weather or delays on another job, he made sure to contact me right away. He always answered calls right away or got back to me as soon as he was able to. Which was greatly appreciated. I am very pleased with the work done. I am planning to have Mr. McCarthy do more work for me and would recommend him highly.

"Alex was just about to leave for a training stint with the military when I hired him, so he said that while he was gone, his friend would be mowing my lawn. Well, I was confused as to exactly which day the lawn mowing would begin so I called Alex's number off of my caller i.d. and left a message saying that it was Thursday and I wasn't sure if anyone would be coming. Can you believe that Alex actually called me from overseas to tell me that he had talked to his friend about getting out to my house asap? Amazing. Both Alex and his friend have done an exceptional job."

"This a very courteous and responsible company. They know their business quite well and are not afraid to be honest with you. The experience had was great, worked diligently, cared about my property and the neighbors. They kept me informed when they would be on site (rain and soft ground), they removed 3 trees very efficiently and the clean up was so good you would not know that anything was done. I would highly recommend this company for any landscaping jobs. Thank you B-N-R. for a great job done."
