"I had three bids, and Tom Lucas Fencing had the best offer, especially because he was able to deal with removing part of the driveway, while the two other companies couldn't do that. I also like to hire a small family business rather than a big company. The two competitive companies were set up with salespeople, receptionists etc. The end product looks really great. It took some time to get it done, partially because he had some difficult jobs he had to finish up and partially because we changed our plan so he had to wait for the extra material.
