They noticed right away the non-standard, large size of my vent stack, which could be causing wind to blow back sewer gas. They had a low cost solution which they implemented the same day. This will potentially save me lots of money. I was afraid we would have to tear into the house walls or floor. They were able to come out the same day and they arrived when they said they would. I ended up asking them to run their camera through the vent stack since they were here with the equipment, and they did that quickly. We didnâ t see any issues. Hopefully their very low-cost solution will solve the problem. Time will tell, but I am very very happy with their service."
