"They were the cheapest but not the best or fastest. I now have trenches left in my yard, some lines are barely buried 1" in the ground, and vaults not set flush that are 2" above grade. Gabriel didn't keep his schedule and showed up without notification multiple times even on the weekends. He would show up at 5 pm or later, work and hour and leave. He doesn't actually measure during planning, so what he originally quoted as a 9 zone sprinkler system ended up being 11 zones to cover my entire yard. He did add an additional zone at no additional cost, which was nice. If you want cheap, Gabriel is a good choice. If you want good or fast, I would go with someone else."

"Alex Blaker and his team were referred to me by ADU small home sales person in Austin Tx. My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job. Once we agreed he started when he said and completed the project as said. Made a few small changes along the way and I understood there would be a change or order fee but it was worth it. His vision in a plan with what I had just talked about I wanted was spot on. Yes I would and will hire him again. Another decision helper for me was that he is a veteran and that is big when it comes down to looking at estimates."
