"I am extremely happy with Detroit Concrete Leveling for the job they did leveling my driveway and walkway, and caulking the cracks in my cement. The sales person, Lawrence, was very informative about building codes and what was involved in the process, and didn't talk down about any of his competitors like another company I received an estimate from did. The workers, Mike and Matt showed up at the scheduled time, worked hard all day, and did an excellent job leveling and repairing my broken concrete. I couldn't be happier with the job they did or the professionalism they showed in explaining everything in detail and working with me to get the concrete pitched away from the house the way I wanted. I found the price of $2500 for all the work they did, and the results they achieved, to be very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again if the need arises."

"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. Tom, the owner of Deerbrook Construction, and his team did a fantastic job, from tearing out a complicated retaining / decorative wall to leveling the remaining lawn, to removing and totally rebuilding the porch. He also added a decorative walk way, and helped us with the style and deign. There were a few changes along the way and Tom worked so well with us to incorporate the design changes we asked about, and help with some of the technical challenges that cropped up along the way. Overall, we still look at the porch and driveway every day and say what a great job they did. We would 100% recommend Tom and his Team."

"Ken had his crew at the house on time at the date promised and the workers were efficient, professional and appeared to know exactly what to do and how to do it. While there was dust in the work area, the workers really protected our stuff and the upstairs, almost like it was their own. There were no damages and they finished on time. After the job was complete, Ken told me to call him if we had any problems, leaks or any water showed up on the floor. The spring rains came shortly after the job was completed and we were all apprehensive and anxious, causing us to check the basement every few hours. The rains were unusually heavy but we saw no leaks or water on the basement floor. About two weeks after the job was done, I did see a small amount of water on the floor and called Ken. He came over within hours and after a brief inspection determined and showed us that the rains were so heavy that the small amount of water that was on the floor actually came from over the top of the basement wall, where it meets the house, not from the floor. Ken did stop by several days later to check again but there was no water from the basement floor then and we have not seen a drop since. The Basement Waterproofing Company’s work and follow-up was, in our opinion, superb. We would recommend them to anyone with a leaky basement."

"Very good, first day was tear off and water proofing roof for weather, perfect clean up. Day two roofing and valleys complete with just peak and vent cans left. Another great clean up. Day three finish job and clean up. All valleys and cans look perfectly straight line and a nice custom trim piece to trim below dormer. Very satisfied with project."

"For the first time in years my basement is totally dry after a rainstorm!   What a relief!  After hearing horror stories about digging up foundations and incredibly expensive repairs, I finally got it done.  It turned out to be simple and at $500. affordable. The guy came and injected the crack with a (urethane?) foam.  It oozed out and sealed everything up.  The guy was neat and tidy and finished it up really well. If I painted it you'd never know there was a crack.  Thanks Guys!  I am super pleased!"
