"This is a very long-overdue review for Salvador.  Salvador is reliable, and do his job efficient, and at a very competitive price.
Initially, I have consulted several gardening services - as I have a lot of trees to cut down.  He has to clean up the yards - a lot of overgrowths and weeds and rocks.  We designed the yards and he bought and planted the whole backyard and front yard with new flowers and shrubs.  We made use of existing shrubs/plants too.  He built 2 patios, one for each unit.  His price is the lowest - by 100%.  I was skeptical at the beginning.  But because of the price difference, I wanted to try it out.
But his work was excellent - the backyards and front yards were beautiful.  He continued to do weekly service since then - the lot is big - .3 acres, with a lot of flowers and shrubs.  He charged me only $100 and never raise the price.  
Though I am very happy with his work and service, I wouldn't easily write a good reviews - especially for the plants and patio.  Everything can look beautiful when installed, but only time will tell.  After 5 years, I can safely recommend him - the flowers and shrubs flourish, and the seeds for the lawn now grow into a lush carpet.  You wouldn't believe that it was just a thin patch of soil, with weeds and sparing grass, overgrown with weeds.  Salvador was very honest - I initially asked him to replace with sod, but he suggested to plant seeds ( as it doesn't cost anything, just the money for buying the seeds ).  He suggested to give it a try, and he could put the sodding in when it didn't work.  Wow, it not only grows, but flourish.
I am a distant owner, and I am very happy with his work.  His work is reliable and consistent.  I have only been to the duplex couple of times in the last 5 years.  I've been there recently because one of the tenants moved out after 5 years, and I have to do a walk-through with the old tenants.   I am very amazed to see how beautiful the backyard and front yard is.  I rented out the unit in 2 days with 1 open house.  One of the factor is the beautiful and serene backyard that Salvador has maintained.  That is why I really owe him a good review after 5 years.  Too bad I cannot post photos here, otherwise I can post photos of the backyard and patio.  You can look at yelp where I am going to post the pictures.

"Very happy with the performance of Babylon Gardens. Good communication throughout, and a first class crew performed the work. I met with Rony and after a little back and forth on the project scope was able to schedule the work. Originally planned for 5 days, Rony's foreman and his team completed the work in 3 days (there had been a weather delay and they were as interested in getting the work done on time as I was)! Rony's foreman Juan knew his stuff, and truly went the extra mile, including performing some extra work which Rony covered under the original quote - greatly appreciated! Specifically, when Rony and I walked the job, we had agreed that rather than installing extra drainage, Rony would ensure the crew graded the slope down to the existing drain. Juan determined that was not the right way to do it, and installed a new drain in an ideal location. He also laid down some pavers which was outside the scope. It was just a few, to create a little accent where there would have been a dirt void between my side yard where a concrete walk was laid, and the sod that was installed in the back yard. Again, Juan did this, and even though it wasn't a lot of extra work, it was above and beyond the scope, but illustrates to me that the company and this crew is more interested in customer satisfaction and exemplary work than just the money. I will definitely call Rony the next time I need work done!"

"The job went very well. Andrew did a good job of not only cleaning the line but he also ran a camera down the line. The live video from the camera showed 2 spots where tree roots were protruding and the distance down the drain. Andrew then used another instrument that indicated how deep underground the pipe and obstructions were. He also identified the cast iron pipe leading from under the house, the main asbestos pipe, and a short piece of clay pipe where it transitioned to the PVC regional sewer line. He then gave a couple of estimates based on just fixing each problem area or replacing the whole line using trenchless technology."

"Will and the entire crew of Concrete Jungle were wonderful. They showed up on time, did exactly what we agreed to and were very pleasant to work with. They were informative of the process and how it would go including the length of time it would take. They cleaned up after they were done.
