"I spoke with Avi over the phone. Responds quickly and had good customer service over the phone. Set up an initial appointment for an estimate. We were replacing the roof while we lived there and then selling the house. Goal was to keep it affordable. I have 5 different bids set up. One was from Home Depot which came out to a crazy $25,000. Not sure what part of affordable Home Depot thought that was. My house is 2000 Sq. Ft. Had a few others come in at $12-15,000 and one who didn't call back after the initial estimate. Avi beat them all at just under $10,000. He was able to start a week or week in half after the initial estimate. Finished the roof and gutters in 3-4 days. Work went smoothly. His guys worked hard, got the work done and cleaned up. The old gutters were pretty dirty so when the fell to the ground, some of the stuff inside splashed on the house and our neighbors house. They cleaned that up, including what landed on the neighbors wall. Great service there. Everything went well. Only thing that was an issue was logistics. For the permit to pass he had to leave some paperwork for the inspector and he forgot to do so. So when the inspector came by for the appointment he was unable to sign off on the permit. We had to schedule another appointment. Avi dropped off the paperwork and the second appointment with the inspector went smoothly and passed without any problems. It was inconvenient but Avi took care of it and honestly there were no other issues so I give him an A grade. The flashing was also left as is which was a different color than the roof, making it look a bit strange. He painted the flashing to match the roof, adding the finishing touch which really made the roof and gutters look great. I would highly recommend Avi. In fact I will be calling him again soon for some work to be done on the house I moved into."
