"Overall, I would give them excellent - A.  This was my Montebello house.  They were on time, they had a crew of about five or six people and so they tried to get that done as fast as they could.  When they finished every day, they cleaned up really nicely.  The other thing is, I guess the lead worker, the supervisor that was leading the group, he had me come up on the roof because what happened - one of the vent pipes from their patching up all the different holes and stuff - that vent pipe, when he was fixing the vent pipe that went all the way through the house, down to the bottom of the house, I guess it was between the studs.  So he asked me hey, does this go to the upstairs bathroom and I told him yes.  I said that's probably from way back when I put copper tubing in.  The copper tubing company probably just cut that vent pipe and put a new vent pipe in.  Most people probably wouldn't even tell me about it, they'd just let me go and just cover it up.  Then I answered him hey, that's why I got you guys - because you're not only on Angie's List but a bunch of other lists and they're always rated getting a super service award.  That's what I always look for.  He told me that their boss, the boss that runs the company, told them treat each house like you're working on your mother's house.  And so they let me know everything that's going on even though it may not be stuff that other vendors or companies just wouldn't even mention.  I can't even think of any improvement.  They've all been excellent; I have no complaints.  Give them A's on everything."

"How fortunate for us that T&G Roofing also does solar installs! We had used them before for our daughter's tile re-roofing, and she was so impressed! They pointed out several corrections to previous roofing code deficiencies, issues like missing nails, screws and vents, and even added glass window "skylights" under the new vents in the garage to brighten it up. So when it came time to re-roof our house, we hired T&G to do both the re-roofing and adding a new solar cell system. Their approach uses a 35-year composite (shingle) roof under the solar cell area, even with a tile roof, as it makes the system more watertight, and the solar wiring conduits are hidden by running them through the attic. The 3-man roofing team synchronized well with the 3-man solar team, and both were always prompt, friendly, and cleaned up nicely each night. And their solar monitor software is fantastic, shows 15-minute interval KWH consumption/production amounts graphed in nicely in realtime."

"I heartily recommend Eclipse Remodeling. I needed new fascia boards in addition to a new roof. Over the course of a month, I collected quotes from 8 different vendors, but I couldn’t find a roofer who would give me a reasonable price for both; either the roof quote or fascia board quote was exorbitantly high or too low, or I would need to hire a separate contractor for each. Fortunately, the 9th vendor I met was Eclipse Remodeling. Its quote for both roof & fascia boards fell somewhere in the middle, price wise. The owner Udi is super knowledgeable and straightforward; I honestly believe that he bases his recommendations on quality and value as if he were installing a roofing system on his own house. I had a ton of questions (shingle durability, solar reflectivity, possible house paint color combinations, etc) and he took the time to carefully explain and address my concerns. I also appreciated that he didn’t pressure me into an immediate, on-the-spot hiring decision like some of the others. His crew members were very efficient and courteous. They were able to complete our roof in 2 days and cleaned up everything before leaving each day. I was very impressed with the overall professionalism of Eclipse Remodeling. TL; DR. Although I received cheaper bids from elsewhere, the excellent service, workmanship, and most importantly, peace of mind was well worth the cost difference. I knew I could trust Udi. "Chris Parks and his team were extremely professional and completed the job on time and on budget. They installed a new torch down roof on the guest house. The main house roof was leaking in several places, needed to built up to minimize pooling and then he coated the entire roof with a reflective, elastomeric coating. I have had his company do routine repairs and cleaning to the roof several times since the initial job was completed in 2014 and recommend this company."

"Great company to work with. The owner Steve was very professional, and attentive to all my roofing needs. His workers are hard working individuals and very meticulous. The tear down took 3.5 hours. That was crazy fast. The next day they where on the roof and replacing the fascia board. Before I new it, they were laying the black paper an installing the Presidential Shake TL. What a awesome job they did. I was so blown away how efficiently they worked and cleaned up after themselves everyday. I highly recommend Guardian Roofs.
