"Fantastic work! Initial exterior painting in 2011 was done flawlessly and still looks good except that the front of my home acquired some water damage due to improperly installed gutter. Mr. Lee was very helpful in identifying the problem. He also gave some excellent suggestions regarding water stains and pooling on my property. After getting the water problems fixed, I went ahead and had House Painting repaint the front of my house, and touch up some interior areas. The crew was fantastic for both jobs. There was a very professional foreman, Johnny, who was there every day. He went over the plans and the progress each day. For both exterior and interior, the crew was meticulous in protecting surrounding areas from dust or paint and for the clean up. These are professionals who take their time to prep surfaces properly and let them dry before painting. Could not be more pleased in all aspects of their work and will certainly call upon this company for any painting in the future."

"I hired Perez Painting to paint the interior of my rental unit (condo). They did a great job and the pricing was fair. Everyone from the painters (Jorge and Marco) to the secretary (Hillary) was helpful and a pleasure to work with. They were accommodating to my schedule which was really helpful since I live 45 minutes away from the unit. "Steve and his team are real pros. They were on time every time. They quoted the job quickly and fairly. They were able to start the following week. Everyone who came to my house was friendly. They spent a good amount of time protecting the floors and furniture. Mostly importantly, the end result was just beautiful. My house was built in the 20's so not many lines are straight or plumb which makes things a little more challenging.
