"They showed up when promised, did a very good job and were very fairly priced. Will use them again in the future."

"I was referred to this company by a friend. They charge little more than my original cleaning company, but they do better work actually. With my last cleaner I had to tell them every time where to clean. I signed up for monthly services and the guy gave me discount. Overall I recommend"

"My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."

"Cesar and the crew showed up early to our scheduled time and were incredibly kind, professional, and thorough! It was a move-in clean request for a sizeable home, and the space felt so clean and fresh by the time they finished up! I highly recommend them and would definitely hire Rio Maid again."

"The people were very respectful and they always communicate well. They did a good job in cleaning up. They had an affordable price."

"Excellent, great guy shows up on time does the work well !!"

"I needed deep cleaning and this cleaning service exceeded my expectations for a good price. She was very nice and worked very fast. She left my bathroom walls shiny and squeaky clean. My bathroom shower has never been this clean before. She does an amazing job. Can’t wait to have her come over again. I recommend you give her a call for all your household cleaning services"

"I bought an Angie's List Big Deal for 6 hours of cleaning and was so impressed with their service that I hired them to come once a week.
I previously had one house cleaner who would come and spend a LONG time here -and simply because there was a lot that needed doing, it just wasn't an efficient use of time or effort.  One person (or even two) simply can't do what the 3 person team of G & J can do.   They are thorough, fast working and attentive to what my personal cleaning needs are.  For example, my old cleaners didn't feel comfortable hanging up clothes and returning various items to their presumed rightful place.  The old cleaners wouldn't throw away an empty shampoo bottle that was in the shower, etc - for fear that it would be wrong.  I told Rosember (the young guy who is G & J's company founder) that I had no problem with guesses being made in this area, and my house has felt a lot more orderly ever since.  This is just my personal preference however.  Otherwise I think nothing would leave the room it was in.
They do floors, change sheets, clean all countertops and surfaces and dust.  I am sure there are many other things, but I'm often away when they work so I'm not sure.  I am definitely happy with the service so far.
