"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. "My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. He definitely has a repeat customer."
