It’s been almost 3 years since our last cleaning and the rug was completely stained from drinks and of course your usual traffic stains from walking through and they are COMPLETELY GONE! Our rug is back to it’s pretty light pink and he never leaves it soaked like Stanley Steamer used to! "This was my fist time using Angi and I spoke with George as well as with another company. Although the other company was less expensive, I chose S & R as George asked me a lot of questions about the carpets, the stains I wanted to have removed, and the process in general. His communication with me was excellent. His son, Kenny, does the work and he did an excellent job. All stains came up and even the high traffic areas were greatly improved. Corner protectors were used for the walls and furniture. He even blew the leaves away from the entryway for his equipment. He answered all of my questions and was very professional.
