"Pann is friendly, professional, efficient and his rates are very fair, and he cleaned up after himself. He did a great job for me, and I will definitely hire him again! Pann discussed my jobs when we made our appointment, and he told me what materials I could pick up prior to his arrival to save time if I wanted to. He kept me apprised on the day of the job of when he would arrive, since he was anticipating traffic. I also appreciated that Pann really listened to how I wanted conduit hidden for the outdoor security lights. He was patient with me and and came up with a creative solution that looks great and avoided busting through a thick wall. Pann was very sensitive to using his time efficiently, which saved me money. Pann also pointed out safety issues with my kitchen lights and he uncovered sloppy taped together out door wiring in a soffit. I intend to have him back to re-do the obviously defective prior electricians' work. In my experience, intelligent, trustworthy, efficient electricians are hard to come by, so you would do well to hire Pann for your electrical needs!"

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

"Melvin did our landscaping, including the design, selection, and installation. Our original backyard was multi-tiered and not landscaped at all - most of the surface area was dirt that could not be planted. Urizar Landscaping as a team did an incredible job, not only clearing all the space and preparing the soil, but hand selecting plants (over 150) for the different areas of the yard, putting in a new lawn and building three raised garden beds in our backyard. We have continued to use them a few times a month for maintenance and replanting for the season."

"Great. His crew did an awesome job. We added another section while he was there and he gave us a quote and we accepted and then a few days later the material went up in price and he told us he would still do it at the original quote. We did pay him the extra but we didn't have to. Jaime is awesome. I am planning on hiring him to do my pool decking."

"They were great to work with. Arrived on time, did a really professional job, even going extra the extra mile to ensure that maintenence would be easier for me. This project was an installation of a large lighting fixture. I will use them again."

"The work was done 5 yrs. ago and it was very good. It was done in a timely way. Over the past few odd weather years there has been some settling along one edge of the area. I called and although Labor Day got in the way I did get a response the following week. George came up and saw the situation. Yesterday, two hard workers came up and re-layed a significant strip of the pavers and it looks like new."

"He took everything out and looks gorgeous his terrific I really like his work. With his very experience, he understands plants the landscaping very dedicated to his profession."
