Of the four bidders that responded to my quote request, he was the only one who was willing to do the roof repair element. He was extremely thorough with his project scoping, explained why he recommended each element of the scope and prepared gutter samples to help me match my facia paint color. The work required three days. His crew showed up on time each day and worked efficiently and were very conscientious about their craftsmanship and end-of-day housekeeping. The attention to detail was refreshing to experience. I had only one minor concern about the attachment of one of the gutter downspouts that I noticed at the end of the second day.
