Our customers can bring their kits to our store at any time and drop them off in the drop box located near the store entrance. He DID NOT EVEN TOUCH IT (second red flag) but told us it needed replaced and was a manufacturer defect. We paid him and then never heard from him again. He never sent a bid and won’t answer or return any calls or texts. Don’t waste your time, or money!"
