"Luis, the owner of LCT Construction, and all of his workers did a GREAT job installing new shingles to the roofs on our house and garage. Everything James Blair, the sales manager and product expert, promised was fulfilled to complete satisfaction. Our house roof is made of tongue and groove boards (where debris from the old roof can fall thru the cracks) with an exceptionally large attic below it filled with furniture, household goods and stored clothing that Luis covered so beautifully not a trace of debris was left behind. The same care was taken with the grounds, shrubs and plants outdoors. Not a nail or trace of debris was left behind on our property. Any worries we had about this big job were a waste of time on our part. This company does the job one can only dream about. The entire crew is polite, courteous, efficient, hardworking and GREAT at what they do. They all work together like one big happy family. For a job we were dreading to have done, Luis made it effortless and pleasant, and he is a super nice person. I only wish I could call on Luis and his team for all my home repairs."

"LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "We just had our roof replaced by Global Roofing. It was amazing to work with Andrea and Freddy. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience! We got several quotes for our roofing job, changed our mind about the material along the way (went from metal to asphalt), and Andrea and Freddy were great throughout the process. "Rick and his team have done other work for us and we knew he would do a good job this time as well.
They too about a week to fix a bad paint job in a finished basement where he had to sand down everything and repaint the walls and molding.  He also repainted the stairway and the doors.  The difference between the work Rick's team did and the other painter was night and day.  We are very happy that we spend the money to have it done over.    
The second job painting our about 1/3 or our house after ice dams required us to take out walls and do construction.  Because of the open floor plan they had to bring in scaffolding to manage the vaulted ceilings.   
They sanded and prepped all the walls, painted all the doors and molding.  Because of the vaulted ceiling he had to paint all the ceilings in our family room and foyer as well as our upstairs hallway.  The ceilings downstairs required him to repaint the ceilings in our dining room which was not part of the quote but he took care of it anyway.  Rick was great a communicating with us what their schedule would be and worked around the construction we had going on in the EIK and kitchen area.  Taking a break to do another job and coming back so we could get the plaster and floors done before he painted.  
His crew moved furniture to other rooms to make sure they could get at all the walls and even offered to change light bulbs in a Chandelier we had in our front foyer and a ceiling fan in our family room while they had the scaffolding up.   
They got everything done in time for us to enjoy company over the holidays and we really appreciated that.
