Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project."

Owner Howard Mendoza arrived on time and had a professional presentation. In a few hours, Janatha e-mailed the estimate to me. In fairness I spoke to the other names provided and then I hired Howard. Roofing is weather dependent and Janatha kept in contact with me and set a suitable date. On the day, Howard and crew arrived early and got right to work. His crew is pleasant and friendly and worked well. After a long day, they finished, took everything away and left no trace of being there. A pleasant experience! One Angie's list caveat is not to put money up front. Howard required half down and half on completion. As a small business owner myself, I know the importance of cashflow. After 5 minutes with Howard I knew he was trustworthy--Do not let this be a dealbreaker. I am very pleased with their work and will hire them again."
