"Pushy sales. Started off high, reduced the price. Sales guy demanded to leave with a competitors written quote in order to obtain his lower cost ?! I then received a follow up quote regarding a "promotional discount". I said, great please forward me an updated price. I was told this couldn't happen unless the sales guy could come back, clearly it was all BS to simply get me in front of him again for another 2 hours to be pressured into buying. The girl on the phone continuously spoke over me, would not accept the word "NO" to the visit. In the end I had to hang up. This kind of tactic is not good for any customer, it's bullsh*t. So unless you're a fan of what I see as very manipulative behavior and poor sales ethics RUN, do not Walk away...RUN."

"I hired Long Roofing Products to replace my roof. From the beginning the sales man lied to me, telling me that they could take off my Gutter Helmets and put them back on correctly. This was lie #1. They have null and voided the warranty of my gutter helmets, because they were not supposed to touch them and according to Gutter Helmets all the roofers know this. lie #2 there were missing pieces on the ends of my gutter helmets to prevent the birds from getting into the gutters. The salesman told me they would order the piece from Gutter Helmets and replace it. This was never done. I have contacted them several times and they continue to tell me they will fix it and they never do. I would NEVER recommend them, I would only tell you NOT to use them. They talk a big game but never follow thru with their promise's."

James came down and explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options. After talking to a few other vendors, I knew I wanted to go with LCT. Their pricing was better than the other quotes and James was great to work with. Before the crew started any work I met the owner, Luis, and knew I had chosen the right company. He was just as great as James, very thorough and let me know what would be happening. In addition to needing the roof replaced we also had some damage to rafters and decking to replace. "Called On top roofing for an estimate, it took several weeks to get back to us, got the estimate and agreed to have the work done. A few guy showed up one day and started working, we were not notified they were coming to work,good thing we were here that day. They did the job and left without ever communicating with us about the work. We did a walk around and discovered that some of the work was not completed. So called the company back and the owner came out to look at the job, he said it would be about another $100. To complete. We were not happy because this was supposed to be in the estimate we agreed on. The workers show up again unannounced and did the job. We then received a bill for $200. More, again this was not what was agreed upon when talking to owner. We were hoping to form a relationship with this company for future work, but that's not going to happen, there was no communication and even with a written contract they will somehow charge you more than agreed on."
