Mag Selva's estimate of the repair cost was fair and comparable/less than a couple of the other estimates. Mag Selva answered all of our questions and provided us with photos of the work in the different phases of the job as we requested since we were unable to see some of the area due to the height and/or angle of the work area. Another impressive item was how the paint matched to the existing house color. Unless we point out the area of the repair, no one would know that work had been done.
