The contractor used sheeteock screws and drilled it into the sheeteock no joices or studs. Bill was able to start the work almost immediately being it was a dangerous situation for our tenant. He took pictures and videos, cleaned up his mess and finished tgebentiee project in 1.5 days. Very impressive. The Bill was outstanding compared to other bids we had gotten.
