"SavATree lawn fertilization service so far has been excellent, but they are expensive compared with other local area lawn services. They performed a soil sample and provided the first crabgrass/fertilization treatment. The employees that I have dealt with David Kolb and Brian (don't know his last name) are knowledgeable, friendly, and have good customer service skills. I'm holding out on giving them a 5 star rating because it really takes a year to two years to see the results of a new lawn fertilization service, and we are just starting that process."

"It went very well! Lewis Services is prompt and professional. They take pride in their work and do a wonderful job! We have used other lawn companies before to mow for us and they would come when they felt like it, whether the grass needed to be mowed or not. "It went great. Within three weeks after aeration and overseeding, my lawn looked better than it has in twenty-seven years. The grass is thicker and seems more robust than ever before. "Monthly lawn fertilizing and weeding began April 2019. Some weeds disappeared but spider weeds were never destroyed and cancelled the service in October 2020. Overseeding and aeration was done well and grass did grow but the grass in the sparse areas of the yard didn't grow well. I have clay soil and no one from the company discussed with me how to adjust the composition of the soil for better grass growth."

"I have used Dave and his team for the past three years.. This year has been by far the worst year getting things done by Dave.. I want to start by saying that Dave is a good person, knows his stuff and his team do amazing work.. This year we told Dave that he was are guy. We are not going to use anyone but him and his team.. Not worried how much projects cost, because he does fair pricing, just need to get on the books and get the projects done... Well that never would happen..... All year we would get the run around.. I would call asking when we would we be on the books.. I would always get " soon".. Or . "I will call you and let you know"... But that would never happen either..so the final.straw was when we had Dave come out at the end of July, beginning of August... To look at trees we needed branches cut down.. Some debris to be removed and a piece of rebar to be dug up...so a couple of weeks goes by and I hear nothing from him.. I contacted Dave to see when we will get on the books.. He said he would let me know by the weekend.. Weekend comes and goes, no Dave.. I contact him again.. He tells me by text that he promises me to have the work done by the end of August... So on 8/28/18 at 8:43pm.. I get a text from Dave stating that he sent the estimate... I said cool but I am more interested in it be is still going to make it by the end of August... He texted back..." I know man. . I'm sorry"... So I go and look at the email... Great price for the job but he won't be near until sometime between Sept 10-14... To me that is breaking your word, your promise.. How do you judge a person is by their actions and words.. And both were broken... I called Dave the next day... Dave did say he was sorry but that was about it.... I asked what he could do to make it up.... To show that he made a mistake and that he valued me as a customer.... He offered nothing... I asked for 10% or 5% off the bill.. He said no...... They do our leaves... So I asked for one free leaf removal.. He said no.... That is no way to treat a so called valued customer... Who has used you for three years.. He did not want to repair the trust from he's broken promise.. Again Dave knows he's stuff about the landscape work... But you will wait forever to get an estimate, takes days for him to return your call,text, or email... If he does at all and now he doesn't keep promises or make up for his mistake.. I am not saying to not use him... Because they do great work at a good price... But just to know what you are getting into..."
