"Hired this business. Gave David a check on August 7, 2025 for almost $14,000.00. The job was supposed to start on or about 10/6/2025. First he was held up on a previous job, which can happen, then he injured his ankle and couldn't work for a while. Through emails I asked if he would at least be able to start our project in January which he couldn't guarantee, so he stated that he was going to return things he purchased for our project and return the money we had paid him. Multiple emails and months later we are now 7 months from the original payment with no refund, no work done, and no more responses from David. BEWARE! Hire a different contractor if you don't want to be scammed. "

"First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."

"The work about is not what they did but siding is not included in the list. Seems they have blocked access to google reviews and now I know why. They did siding, soffits, flashing and caulking. They came back twice to fix their work, but the flashing and caulking are still incomplete. Workers urinated outside on site in front of my tenants. His worker lied straight to my face several times about the leaking flashing. Now I will pay another company to fix their work. Its not right! They have been promising for months to fix the work but no action. Rob Jr. is definitely NOT his Dad."
