"Steve did our windows in Nov of 2011 and we were so pleased we had him back this fall.   We decided to add the pressure washing of our house because last fall the city brought water and sewer to our street and the process left our house with an abundance of dirt.  <br /> I am always able to connect with Steve by phone on the first call.   I wanted him to come out after Labor Day and he was able to schedule us right after the holiday.  One day for pressure washing - one day for windows.  He is always very prompt showing up first thing in the morning.   He did all the work himself and never even stopped for a lunch break!  He just keeps going until the job is done.  <br /> We had bats nesting in some of our shutters and I discovered a wasp nest the first day - and Steve just worked with the situation.  We were able to treat the wasp nest over night so they wouldn't be in the way when he came back to wash windows.   And he gently washed the shutters so the bats flew away and weren't harmed. <br /> Steve is very personable - and enjoyed our two dogs too!  My 89 yr old Mom lives with us and he worked around her nap time.  He's just so flexible and really conscientious - I highly recommend him!  He'll always be our first call!!    <br />"

He works quickly, does a great job on the windows, cleans the outside sills, and is gone before you know it - but your windows know it! "John was professional, responsive and above all else very skilled at his trade.  We got off to a slow start at first, but John was upfront about his backlog of exterior work and needed to take advantage of good weather days in order to accomodate previous commitments.  He had hoped to have a crew come in and be done with our rather large job in just a couple days, but instead of rescheduling and delaying further, he came in and did the entire job himself!!  He was quick, efficient and did what it took to get it done!  He completed the project in just over 4 days!!  He kept the work space clean and tidy.  Which I thought was impressive considering we were painting the entire main level of our house.  He was also very considerate of the fact that we have two small children.  Even taking the time to entertain my 2 year olds barrage of questions! <br /> As for cost, given the amount of work done, the high quality materials he used and efficiency with which the job was completed, I'd say it was a bargain!! <br /> We will definitely use John and Absolute Painting for ALL of our future painting projects! <br />"
