"It was perfect, they did a marvelous job. They couldn't have been more courteous. After I purchased the big deal, they were there within a week. I didn't pay extra. He just came in and cleaned. There was a little bit of taxes on that but that was it. I compared the price, I would give him an A. For responsiveness, I would give him an  because he was A there very quickly. "I cannot say enough good about this appliance repair company. I called them to come fix my 12 year old LG front loading washer on Thursday, January 31. Tristan was at my house within 45 minutes. He knew exactly what to do to problem solve to try to fix it that day. He discovered that the pump failed, and Tristan was able to get the part sent overnight. He was back at my house at 8 AM the next morning to install the pump. It is working really well, and I hope I can get some more time out of this excellent washer. Tristan represents this company well with his knowledge and high energy. He also put a small part on my icemaker that had fallen off. Tristan’s good will is very much appreciated. "Not very good. In this Country, and I am not from this country. I know how it works. A B is not very good here, Where I come from in England, a B is very good there. So, only A is good here, that isn't accurate. There is excellent, and very very good. A is too big of an category. You need plus or minus, or numbers or something else. That is not really fair. I am happy with the car, and there were a few issues they could have handled better. I might use them. Some people deserve A's.I know how they were with me, a couple of weeks they were gone. When you are buying an car, its not always done right. They didn't honor an pledge, the manager left, or was fired. I don't know. I am still driving the car, but they didn't honor the pledge."
