He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. The outcome was outstanding! I was surprised when payment was to be either in cash or check instead of credit card. I take full responsibility for this oversight. As for Jose?
