"I requested an estimate to replace an opener for one door and add a sliding lock to the second. Ben B, the technician, diagnosed the problem and prescribed a much cheaper option to repair my opener. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. "Historic homes (ie OLD) always present a unique challenge when it comes to replacing anything, and doors/windows are probably the worst. Kevin did an absolutely amazing job on our new front door! I’m so impressed with how quickly he was able to get this project knocked out, which invoked A LOT more than simply hanging a new door. The door frame and trim work was all absolutely decrepit, and there was a good size chunk of damaged wall (what was left of it, anyway).and I don’t even know what else., but it was an absolute mess. Now the entire entry way looks brand new. I can’t overstate how great everything looks. In addition to the quality of his work, Kevin is wonderful . He’s punctual, clean, quick, and quiet. Communication and scheduling were easy breezy. The total Cost (labor and supplies) was very reasonable, and It was money well spent.
