"The initial deal included non-skid surface. The provider really pressed the idea of not doing the non-skid. I felt very pressured to make a decision on the spot. He should have mentioned this when we spoke on the phone before the work started. Initially the finish looked pretty good. It has been 6 months and there a few chips on the surface and I didn't even drop anything more than a plastic bottle in the tub.
He was very nice and professional but I am a bit disappointed in the quality of the work

"Danny was professional, on time, and very courteous. When he arrived, he looked at my damaged countertop and talked me through some possibilities for repairing or replacing it, all while keeping my budget and needs in mind. Danny suggested we test a small spot on the countertop, and after doing so told me he was confident he could resurface it with good results. Instead of replacing the countertop, I decided to go ahead with the repair by Danny and he did a great job. The countertop is now free of stains, scratches and buildup, and he saved me from having to spend money on a brand new one. It looks great! "Everything was great before you make the payment. Prompt response, on times appointments, etc... Then, after the payment... We found a few defects (chip and scratches) and ask Greg and Mirek to come back to fix it. Initially Greg was responsive (Mirek never bother to return any txt msg or call) asked for details and picture, then after numerous promises that they will come to fill and buff the chip and scratches (may take 20 mins?) but nothing happened, then Greg also stopped responding too. I went with NSD because of the good reviews and price, but their granite quaintly is questionable. We ordered moon white, which is supposedly white and gray but our countertop is very green, lucky the green works ok with our cabinets, otherwise it is will be a big problem."
