"George and his team were excellent! The cost and time to finish were very close to his estimate. We had asked for additional work to be done and his price was very reasonable and he easily adapted to what we wanted to do. He had a team that specialized in wood floors, banisters and door installations. They started and finished the job without interruption working 9am-5pm. They are very hard workers with attention to detail. Floors, baseboards, banisters, spindles, trim, closets, doors all looked perfect and many great suggestions were made by the owner along the way. George has been in the business for many years and has a very positive and friendly personality. This makes it easier for the homeowners like us to have dreams become a reality. I walk in my house now and it feels totally new!! I only wish we had more rooms for them to work on. I am sure you will be very satisfied by the excellent work Superior Hardwood Flooring provides!"

"We recently had the pleasure of working with ReDesign for our floor installation, and we couldn't be more delighted with the results! From consultation to install to follow up, the experience was exceptional. The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and attentive to every detail. The quality of their work was top-notch, with flawless craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. The install team was respectful of our home, ensuring everything was clean and tidy upon completion. The new floors have transformed the space, giving it a fresh, modern look that we absolutely love. The owner of the company came twice a day during install to check on the progress and address any issues that came up assuring a smooth completion of the job. We found ReDesign through Thumbtack website and highly recommend working with them."

"Chuck and his team perform great customer service! Chuck met with me and my wife to help us pick out the right flooring. We couldn't initially find the right style and material. Chuck found another product that was perfect for us and he did it all within a day of his first presentation. The pricing was great compared to a few other estimates I received. His team showed up on time and got a living room , a hallway, and 3 bedrooms completed in just 2 days. They even took apart several of the beds quickly and put them back together. It looks amazing and we can't recommend Chuck/Floor Tailor enough!"

"The end job was excellent.  They came every day, stayed all day until the job was finished.  We are very happy with the finished product.  However, they did not return calls promptly and were going to leave the job unfinished.  By unfinished I mean they were going to leave without properly  installing all the shoe  molding.  They were going to leave a putty joint between the floor and baseboard showing.  They also charged us for the additional shoe molding which we believed was included in the original price. I do
recommend them justmake sure you include everything you want  written in the contract."

"Damian did an outstanding job installing vinyl flooring in our new office. From start to finish, he was incredibly detail-oriented — every seam, transition, and edge was handled with precision. He clearly takes pride in his work and it shows in the finished result. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and he kept the space clean and organized during the install. We couldn’t be happier with how the floors turned out and would recommend him to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship. Thank you, Damian!"

"Fantastic communication and recommendations. Started and finished on time and cleaned up after! Floors are beautiful!"

"Andres was the absolute best man for my job. He spent time going over each step, and was more than patient with me as I moved through the replacement of my tub, new floor, and drywall. I would request his services any time!!"
