Remove popcorn from ceiling, interior paint throughout, re-finished wood cabinets (Paint), replaced some doors and some electrical work for new ceiling fans and some lights. We kept changing the scope of work (Prior to the work starting) and Joe was very accommodating with updating his proposal. We had zero changes as the work was performed. There were the typical punch list items which were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. We were out of state when the work was performed and Joe kept us up to date and sent along some images as the work progressed. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. They are trustworthy and easy to work and talk with. All around a great job and experience working with World Class Maintenance."

"Mike and his crew were great, very professional - on time everyday. We needed to have the cracks and due to roots under a concrete slab on driveway, it needed to be removed and repaired. Once Mike repaired the slab filled all cracks they started the decorative concrete....the process looked labor intensive, but it came out fabulous.. Mike and crew when out of their way to get this project done, we were one week in on project and Hurricane Ian hit our area, that was on a Wednesday and they were back on Friday after the roads opened again. The crew help clean up our yard, and also took the yard waste to dispose of. That was going the extra mile and it was much appreciated. We couldn't be more happy with the outcome..."
