"We signed a contract in Aug, 2025 ($6,618.50) to take our scaled drawings and put those into a CAD file so they could be stamped by a license architect. When I initially spoke to Evolution Drafting, I clearly stated that our building code department required Stamp Architect plans in order to receive our Certificate of Occupancy and needed these completed as quickly as possible. Over the 7 months, we never received a final plan that contained the certified architect stamp on every page as required and standard. We did receive a plan with a stamp on the initial page in December 2025 that contained a lot of errors and used outdated building codes. In December, I notified ED about the notes from the building department and they kept saying the arch. is MIA and non-responsive to their request. In March 2026, I ended my relationship with them and seeking a full refund for breech. "
