"After my basement test come back with significantly elevated radon, I contacted radon abatement services at the recommendation of a neighbor. A day and a half later, they were on site. While performing the initial walk through, the experienced and thoughtful professionals adapted their plan to utilize my sump pump. This was an effective strategy as it addressed the main source of radon and concealed the system in completely unfinished space. I just received my post mitigation radon results, and the system is working phenomenally. To sum it up, I was blown away by the responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and reasonableness and can't say enough positive things about this company. I don't ever post reviews, but in this circumstance I absolutely had to."

I hired them via Angie's list and ended up having to pay extra because I have 2 separate units in a 1100 sq ft condo. They explained that it was for the setting up the cleaning mechanism to each system and did let me know in advance and discounted the second unit...just seemed excessive for the size of the place, IMO. After the left I noticed that all the ducts they had removed had dark finger prints all over them. Dark finger prints stand out against a white vent cover. I also found little dark specs like little torn pieces of a thin dark sponge blowing out of my vents."

I have two little kids and was so frustrated with the levels staying high. I was looking for someone who could possibly repair the existing system which is how I came across radon abatement services. They had videos and pictures on their website, of all the wrong work that was done by contractors. I figured these guys know what they’re doing. And know they did! I had emailed John to tell him our situation and he got back to me and explained everything in detail. He told me what and why our house needed a different system. I had not given him a single penny and he was so gracious to share his expertise with me. Ofcourse, Eventually we hired them to install a new radon mitigation system in our house. Within the day of installment, our levels went down below 4 and have stayed below 2 consistently thereafter. I cannot thank John enough. Their prices were also reasonable.
