A couple of days later they called me to inform me that I had black mold in my vents and came to remediate it quickly. They spoke to me about everything that was about to occur which put me at ease. Once the work was done they came back out to take another sample to send off and mold was gone. Great job All-Star I will be referring you"

"The technician that cleaned my ductwork had a lot of work to do. Milan had asked me as he was leaving how long had it been since I had the ducts cleaned. I couldn’t recall, then realized it was a long time ago. 30 years! As a new homeowner I had zero experience so I was relying on my husband. He died 5 years after we bought this house and being clueless about the care & upkeep on it. I neglected pretty much everything. Lowes the Company offered the same exact cleaning as 2 other companies that gave me estimates over $1,000. "Chimney/fireplace cleaning and inspection was performed at our house. Julio was really personable, prompt, trustworthy and knowledgable. He recommended some things to us, including one that he said he could do for us, but that we could also do ourselves. He sent photos of the areas he cleaned and inspected, inside and out and higher up the chimney, and a detailed report of what needed to be done and what could wait. The price was below what other estimates showed. We will use him again and would definitely recommend him to others."
