They replaced my main power box in my house and installed a couple switches that I needed in the kitchen. I think they did a superb job and I am very satisfied with the results and because of these guys, I will call Mr. Sparky again if the need arises. "The personnel working at home, for taking calls and appointments, continually had their televisions on. I had difficulty in hearing and understanding. In fact, one time the difficulty so bad due to the television, the operator was cancelling an appointment when I needed information. The electrician did a nice job, however, when taking off the boxes, left with passwords. Luckily, the passwords were eventually found, as I could not directly contact the electrician, only the above-mentioned customer service, who had their televisons on."

"He was very fast and efficient. Took him only a few minutes to install. I then remembered I had an outside electrical outlet that was loose. He said no problem and had it fixed in 5 minutes. It works perfectly and is no longer a shock hazard. I tried to give him some extra money but he refused. He was very polite and said just one service charge. The charge of $ 75.00 was very reasonable. I have been shocked before and let the professionals do the work.

He installed new tile in my shower with a shower seat , new exhaust fans, moved an electric outlet, plumbing, vinyl plank flooring, painting. It was a total redo. The countertop and shower glass installers were both amazed at the quality of his work which is seldom seen and wanted his contact info. He also saved me the time and expense of hiring a handyman. He changed all my doorknobs in my home, rekeying the front door, hung storage organizers in my garage, and touched up walls damaged from installation of plantation shutters.
