Hello my name is Samantha, I am a housekeeper/organizer. I have been in this business for approximately 10 years and still love my job as if it were the first day of work.... I am pretty much the jack of all trades for a housekeeper, I do everything and when I say everything I mean everything. I vacuum, mop, sweep, remove cobwebs, wipe down of all walls, doors, and base boards, extensive cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, dishes if needed and sometimes as requested by customer laundry and meal prep, I can also organize everything if you want.... I have four kids so yours should be a breeze to clean up after, and I have three dogs and an iguana so pets are not a problem either, do you want the kitty box cleaned or the doggie messes cleaned up in the back yard???? or maybe your other animals need to have their home cleaned also????? No problem i love all reptiles, birds, really all animals.... I usually charge between $75-$150 for everything depending on size and how much needs to be cleaned but I am willing to work with you.. The needs of you and your family are my highest priority and that means financially as well.... I generally only work in and around Davis, but will occasionally venture outside our fair republic to work elsewhere. I am focused on providing excellent quality work, great service and work at a fair price. I have 5 employees. Bids are free. I'm a decent, educated, articulate individual who KNOWS that the relationships that I have with my clients are every bit as important as the work that we do.

"We hired him in the fall of 2018 to remove a non-load bearing wall and rewire some light switches built in to the wall. He did the job fine enough, no major issues, but failed to get the project permitted. We then spent the next 6 plus months following up with him to get the permitting process completed. We spoke with home over phone, exchanged dozens of texts, even ran into him in person and every time he assured us he would get the permit taken care of. He never did and still hasn’t. Job left undone."
